The Vitruvian Wheel began within Founder’s Notes as public reflections on responsibility, pressure, endurance, proportion, and the unseen weight carried by capable people. Week by week, separate thoughts revealed a deeper pattern. A reflection became a map; the map became a wider body of work.

Each work approaches a different dimension of the person who carries, builds, stewards, and decides.

A Compass for Becoming
How do I carry my life with proportion?
Human life does not climb. Human life turns.
A map of becoming through Health & Body, Mind & Character, Relationships, and Meaning & Direction, written for those who carry responsibility and sense that effort alone is not enough.
Philosophy and Praxis for Worthy Building
Who must I become… to build what must continue?
Formation before consequence.
A work for those carrying something that may one day need to continue without them. It asks who the Founder must become before power, scale, capital, crisis, and responsibility widen the consequences of his nature.
Digital companion follows the book
What must endure when the Founder steps away?
A work on continuity beyond the Founder, bringing together family, ownership, capital, governance, succession, institutional memory, and the formation of those who may one day be asked to carry what has been entrusted to them.
The Family Office is not first a structure for preserving wealth. It is the House that remembers.
How do the human being, the Founder, family, capital, governance, and continuity become one coherent whole?
The final Turning integrates the whole journey: the human being who carries, the Founder who builds, the family and institutions that must endure, the capital that gives them agency, and the governance required to hold everything in proportion as the terrain changes.
It is not strategy merely as planning. It is the architecture of the whole.
